Brian Chu recently surprised many by revealing that he is no longer in contact with Hera Chan, whom he was rumoured to have been secretly dating.
As reported on Mingpao, the TVB actor shared that piece of news recently, while promoting his new drama, “The Airport Diary 2,” when asked if Hera had watched the drama and had any thoughts on his role.
“I don’t know. I haven’t been in contact with her,” he responded.
When asked if they have broken up, Brian said, “I’ve been single for a while, and it’s a positive thing. During this time, I’ve become more aware of how many people care about me. Earlier this year, I had surgery to fix my limp, and a group of friends dragged me to training a week after my surgery, followed by participation in the HYROX event, and now I’m filming a drama; my condition has remained excellent.”
When asked if he’d been single since injuring his leg earlier this year, he said, “It’s been a while!”
When asked whether he felt saddened that the relationship with the former Miss Hong Kong ended, Brian said that he would rather not discuss matters involving other people. However, he has no qualms about working with Hera again in the future.
