Kenneth Ma recently revealed that he has been enjoying performing with Edwin Siu and Raymond Cho at various places in recent months.
The actor, who spoke to the media at the promotional event for his new drama, “The Airport Diary 2,” stated that he will be performing in Huizhou in July, followed by Malaysia soon after as part of their trio, and will be releasing a new duet with Edwin and Raymond soon.
“They help me practice singing, pushing me to learn their songs. I’ll practice hard, and I think it’ll be fun and enjoyable to work with this group,” he enthused.
Asked if he wants to have a singing career aside from acting, Kenneth said that he loves acting first and foremost.
“Being a singer can make quick money, but not a lot. We are very cheap and affordable. Being an actor is more hard work, but I also enjoy playing interesting roles. But I would not volunteer to sing theme songs for TV dramas, after all, I am not a professional singer,” he stated.
When asked about the second season of the drama, Kenneth stated that it has only 10 episodes but that he would be happy to film a third season if the reception is good.
