Charlene Choi and Gillian Chung are elated to have succeeded in completing all 14 shows of their Twins Spirit concert in Hong Kong that began earlier in January.
The duo, who held their final concert on 6 February, stated that they were happy to be able to conclude the concert as there were those who expressed doubt that they’d be able to do it.
“Even I doubted it,” said Charlene. “But it turns out, we were able to do it. I was actually worried about my vocals since I had injured it before. But this concert allowed me to find a better vocal position.”
Meanwhile, Gillian admitted that she did fell ill during the concert, but that she will now take a holiday and recuperate.
The last show also had Joey Yung appearing as a guest and performing alongside the two singers. They performed “Grand Arrival” and once they finished singing, Joey hugged Charlene and Gillian and said, “Congratulations. You guys have done it.”
