Roy Chiu has recently made his first appearance since welcoming his first child with wife, Tiffany Hsu.
On 5 October, the Taiwanese actor attended a medical beauty endorsement event, where he was asked about his experience as a first-time father.
Roy, whose son Ian is now over two months old, smiled as he admitted that the baby still can’t sleep through the night, forcing him to wake up in the middle of the night to soothe him.
However, he doesn’t find it tiring, stating, “The joys of raising a child outweigh the hardship.”
Roy also stated that he understood the hardships his wife went through during pregnancy and childbirth, so he took care of feeding, changing diapers, and burping the baby, hoping that his wife could have a good rest after giving birth.
He also shared that he cried when he saw the baby was born, and said, “I hope that he will have a personality as warm and caring as his mother.”
“I hope my wife and children will be happy and healthy every day,” he added.
