Taiwanese pop star Jam Hsiao has officially announced that he is joining Sony Music Greater China, becoming the first artist co-signed by Sony Music across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan – marking a new milestone.
This historic collaboration heralds the beginning of a new era for Jam, known as “JAMneration.” Led by Andrew Chan, CEO of Sony Music Greater China, the partnership leverages resources from across the three regions.
Chan stated, “Jam Hsiao is a versatile musician with international potential. He is Sony Music’s first artiste signed from the Greater Chinese Region. By collaborating across these three regions and leveraging our global network, we will create an international platform for him and showcase the charm of Chinese music to the world.”

When asked by the media, Jam admitted that this was his first record company change since his debut, but he wasn’t nervous at all.
“I’ll do my job, and everyone will do their jobs well. It’s going to be fine,” he enthused, calling it “the best possible arrangement.”
As for his new works, Jam revealed that it’s “on the way.”
“I won’t stop creating. This time, there will be a huge, very different breakthrough, a brand-new creation,” he added.
