It was revealed that KARD is ending its team activities after nine years since their debut.
DSP Media, the group’s agency, announced the news of KARD’s end of activities through official channels on 6 July, stating that KARD has decided to wrap up team activities after releasing their first full-length album “Where To Now? (Part.2) : NOWHERE” on 28 July.
It stated, “After careful discussion with the four members, we have agreed to conclude KARD’s journey with this activity. We would like to once again thank HIDDEN KARD for accompanying KARD for a long time, and we ask for your warm support and encouragement for the new futures the members will pursue in their respective places.”
They added, “We hope that the new album and tour, which the members prepared with all their hearts, will remain as precious memories for all of Hidden Card. We ask for your continued interest in this activity, which will be filled with the most KARD-like performances until the very end.”
KARD made its debut on 19 July 2017, consisting of four members, J.Seph, BM, Somin, and Jiwoo. Among their hit songs include “Hola Hola,” “Bomb Bomb,” and “ICKY.”
