Hera Chan recently updated her social media account for the first time since Brian Chu revealed that they are no longer in contact with each other.
On 3 July, the actress posted several new images from her appearance at a charity event, and wrote, “To all those who need courage, to have the courage to give love and the courage to receive love, thank you to everyone who set an example and made this meaningful event known to all.”
Hera, who looks noticeably thinner even in her photos, revealed that she was struggling with low blood pressure earlier this year, and nearly fainted on the street at one point.
The actress said that she spent most of the year at home since then, focusing on her recovery. It was during this time that she and Brian were out of contact with one another.
She lamented that she had “so many problems to overcome” since the beginning of the year, and even joked that her mindset had changed at this stage, and that she was now “only open to pursuing work” when it came to relationships, putting all her energy into her career.
It was last week that Brian, who was reportedly dating Hera in secret for the past two years, revealed that he is back to being single.
