Following the success of “Garah,” his duet with Mimifly, Hael Husaini returns with a new single, “Selesa”.

Written by the singer himself alongside Iqie Hugh, the song talks about unrequited love, unappreciated sacrifices and the pain of letting go of someone you love for their happiness with someone else.

However, “Selesa” is more than just a song about heartbreak, as it explores the sacrifices that go unnoticed, unspoken feelings and the strength it takes to let go of someone you love for their own happiness.

Speaking about his latest single, Hael expressed, “To me, ‘Selesa’ is a song that reflects real-life experiences. Sometimes, we love someone very much to the extent that we are willing to do anything to see them happy, even if it meant ending up getting hurt ourselves.”

“What makes it even more painful is having to help someone we love find happiness with another person, knowing that the happiness we once hoped for is no longer ours. I hope this song can represent the feelings of those who have gone through similar experiences and offer comfort to those who are learning to let go.”
