Wen Junhui, also known as SEVENTEEN’s Jun, is set to star in a new Chinese film.
The news was announced by his agency, Pledis Entertainment, on 9 September, saying that he will be a part of the movie, “Summer Never Ends.”
The singer, who hails from Shenzhen, will be playing the role of a college student and part-time photo studio staff who reconnects with his childhood crush.
No news as to when the film will be released.
Jun previously played the villainous role in “The Shadow’s Edge,” which stars Jackie Chan and Tony Leung Kar Fai.
