Wang Xiaochen has recently clarified rumours of marriage with Yu Haoming, saying that she is very much still a single lady.
In a recent group interview to promote her new drama, “Happy Parents Group 2”, the actress, who was rumoured to have married Yu in May this year, said that she currently has no family and no children, and that apart from her original family, she hasn’t yet entered the next chapter of life.
She added that while filming her new series, she has been learning what family life is like, and what it means to have children.
The interview surprised many, who thought that Wang and Yu were married, after Yu had shared a photo in May of him holding a woman’s hand (believed by many to be Wang’s) and showing off her diamond ring.
He posted, “In love, I regret all the past. Only now do I understand that I’ve loved only one person. Until you appeared, I feel that all the pain I endured in the past was worth it!”
Prior to that, in June last year, the actor posted a photo of him and Wang embracing, quietly hinting at their relationship for the first time. In October of the same year, the two were reported to have hung love locks on a mountaintop in South Korea.
