Even a big star like Jay Chou himself was in awe of a great young artiste, after BLACKPINK’s Rosé randomly chose to play his song on the piano.
The “Apt.” singer recently shared several behind-the-scene photos and videos from her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”, including a video of her playing on the piano while the TV was playing the show in front of her.
Fans couldn’t help but notice that the song she played was one of the classic tracks from Jay Chou’s 2007 movie, “Secret” and tagged the Taiwanese singer-songwriter in the post.
To that, Jay commented, “Thank you for performing my piece.”
He also shared the video on Instagram Story and wrote, “Wow, I didn’t expect you to play this piece. That’s amazing, thank you!”
The video has now given hope for Jay’s fans of seeing the two cooperating together, with one of over the 200 fans who responded to Jay, commenting, “Jay Chou and Rosé dream collaboration!”
Another noted that this is not the first time that the BLACKPINK member has played the score, as she had done so back in 2017.
