In a moment no one saw coming, legendary action star Jackie Chan made a jaw-dropping surprise appearance at SEVENTEEN’s sold-out concert at the Kai Tak Sports Park Arena, turning their 10th-anniversary celebration into an unforgettable night for thousands of fans.

As part of the “SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG”, the group’s first of multiple shows kicked off with their usual high-energy performances, but the real surprise came mid-concert, when Jackie appeared on stage as a special guest, marking the first-ever guest appearance on their current world tour.

How did they secure a Jackie Chan appearance? It was due to Chinese member Jun, who worked with Jackie in the movie “The Shadow’s Edge”, as Jackie revealed.

“Because I recently filmed a drama with Wen (Junhui), he asked me if I could come and play around.  At my age, I prefer singing over action now,” he laughed. “The songs I sing are pretty simple, but their songs are quite hard and they even dance. I can only handle the easy songs.”

Jun playfully added, “Did everyone watch Shadow’s Edge? After that, you’ll believe Big Brother Jackie can still keep fighting for another 20 years!”

Fans erupted into screams as Jackie performed his classic anthem “True Hero” with the entire arena joining in for an emotional singalong. The surprises didn’t end there. Throughout the night, members charmed the local fans by speaking Cantonese and performing Mandarin ballads.
