Now that they are staying with JYP Entertainment, TWICE announced that they are releasing an extended play (EP) in August.

The news was shared via the group’s social media accounts, unveiling the teaser photo for the 11th EP, which is titled, “BETWEEN 1&2”.

The group also revealed that the mini album will be released on 26 August, with worldwide pre-order to start on 26 July.

The announcement came soon after JYP revealed that all nine members of the group have renewed their contracts, shattering “the seven-year curse” synonymous with K-pop groups, in which groups would disband after seven years.

The group, consisting of Jihyo, Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, made their debut in 2015. Their last album was the 2021 “Formula of Love: O+T=<3”.
