Zhu Yilong’s fan club has recently dismissed speculations about his appearance at the 38th Hundred Flowers Awards, after the actor was seen with a skin-coloured tape on his nose.
On 9 August, following his appearance at the awards ceremony, Zhu Yilong’s fan club released screenshots of a chat with his studio in the fan community.
The official explanation was that Zhu Yilong had accidentally injured his nose while filming an action scene for his movie, “A Panorama of Rivers and Mountains”.
The studio added that the actor had received proper medical treatment after the incident, and his injury is currently stable. They have also made corresponding adjustments to his recent work schedule.
It was also revealed that Zhu assured a concerned fan when asked about it at the event, with the actor telling the fan, “It’s okay, it’s okay, don’t worry.”
