Michelle Wai has dismissed rumours that she might be pregnant with her first child, after appearing at the Hong Kong Film Awards in a loose-fitting number.
As reported on Mingpao, the actress, who was asked about the rumour when she attended a skincare brand event in Mong Kok on 13 May, laughed and said that she might have even fuelled the rumour even more seeing that she was wearing a loose-fitting dress at the event.
“I don’t have any plans to have children for now, but I’ve had dreams of being pregnant for the past two days, and with twins! My belly was protruding and people were touching it; it felt very real,” she said.
Michelle said that she was a little scared when she woke up from the dream, since her work schedule is fully booked until next year.
“A friend said my dreams are a good omen, and something good might happen to me,” she added.
It was back in February 2025 that the actress tied the knot with aesthetic doctor, Kenley Chau after two years of dating.
