SM Entertainment has recently released a statement of apology, after three fans were injured during a Super Junior concert.

On 6 September, the agency revealed that three audience members suffered minor injuries after falling and sustaining injuries when a safety fence in the seating area collapsed during Super Junior’s 20th Anniversary World Tour “Super Show 10: SJ-CORE,” held at the KSPO Dome in Seoul the previous day.

Reportedly, the accident occurred when member Ryeowook approached the seating area to interact with fans, causing audience members to reach out their hands to move closer to the safety fence.
