Georgia-born rapper Offset recently assured that he is well following previous shooting incident.
On 11 April, the hip-hop star released a handwritten note on social media, which read, “Thank you to everyone who’s checked in on me and showed me love! I’m good… but I’m planning to be better!”
“I’m focused on my family, my recovery, and getting back to the music… realising that life is made up of quiet wins and loud losses… Life’s a gamble and I’m still playing to win.”

In another post, Offset shared a clip from his performance, which had him appearing in a wheelchair, before getting up and performing in front of enthusiastic fans.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Offset confirmed in a statement that he is doing well now, a week after he was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, just outside Miami.
“We’re incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and the entire hospital staff who took such great care of him,” the spokesperson said.
The rapper, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is a former member of the Atlanta-based hip-hop group Migos. Back in 2022, the trio lost its member Kirsnick Khari Ball (aka Takeoff) in a shooting incident outside a bowling alley in Houston.
