Actors Song Kang and Kim So-hyun will be reunited after five years!
On 24 February, Song Kang’s agency, Namoo Actors, and Kim’s management Peach confirmed the good news, with the latter saying, “We have received an offer for the project and are reviewing it.”
“White Scandal” (literal translation), based on a web novel, tells the story of Ji Eun-seol, a once-promising child actress who falls from grace after being framed for her brother’s crimes. Unable to give up her dream of acting, she works as a road manager.
However, she meets Dan Yi-hyeok, the man at the centre of a past scandal, and enters into a contractual relationship with him, leading to the discovery of a buried secret.
“White Scandal” is written by Kim Ga-eun and directed by Kim Cheol-gyu. Filming is currently underway, with its release slated for the second half of this year.
