Wang Xiaofei has recently welcomed his third child, and the first one with new wife, Mandy Ma.
The news was announced by Wang’s mother and entrepreneur Zhang Lan via Weibo, saying that her daughter-in-law has given birth to a son on the seventh day of the Lunar New Year.
“I am a grandma again,” she enthused, adding that the baby’s cry was loud and clear, and that as a grandmother, she couldn’t stop touching him.
Several RedNote accounts belonging to businesses owned by Zhang Lan and Wang Xiaofei have also shared photos of Mandy after giving birth. In the photos, she is wearing a pink hospital gown, holding her newborn baby in her left arm, her right index finger gently touching the baby’s cheek, a happy smile on her face.
In another photo, Wang’s father, Wang Zehan, was also seen holding the newborn baby.
Wang is also father to a son and a daughter from his previous marriage to Barbie Hsu. The two children have been living with Wang and their Taiwanese stepmum in Shanghai since their mother’s passing in February last year.
