Just like her father before her, Koki Kimura has also been named one of the best jeanists by the Best Jeanist Awards.
The model-actress recently shared the news on Instagram with photos from the event, writing, “I am truly honoured to have received the 42nd Best Jeanist Award 2025. With the spirit of “Keep on your jeans spirits” and my own sense of challenge, I hope to keep stepping forward, one step at a time, into new worlds.”
“Your warm support is always a great source of strength for me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. I will continue to do my best!” she added.
The Best Jeanist award is given by the Japan Jeans Council annually with the aim of letting as many people as possible know about the quality of jeans.
It is noted that Koki’s dad, the former heartthrob Takuya Kimura, has been inducted into the jeans hall of fame five times.
