Benz Hui would have turned 77 on 4 November, as the actor’s only daughter revealed on his social media account recently.
On the day of the late TVB actor’s birthday, daughter Charmaine shared a photo of her with Benz when she was a little girl and wrote, “Dad… today is your birthday. These past few days feel so unreal. I hope you’re now free and at peace, going wherever you need to go. I’ll think of it as you being away at work — Team B ready!”
“I’m also deeply grateful not only for the love and support from our family and friends, but also for the condolences from many people I don’t even know. Please forgive me for not being able to thank each of you personally, but every bit of care is remembered in my heart,” she said.
Charmaine then revealed that the family will continue to keep Benz’s social media accounts alive and continue sharing his moments with the fans.
“Life will never be the same without you, but I’ll do my best to stay strong because of you. I miss you and love you endlessly,” she added.
