Bosco Wong recently expressed elation to finally be able to collaborate with Charmaine Sheh, nearly 20 years since “Lethal Weapons of Love and Passion”.
The actor, who attended the press conference of “The Queen of News 2” alongside the actress recently, stated that they didn’t even have a scene together in the 2006 drama, which was the only project they had together.
“In my more than 20 years in the industry, I’ve never had any scenes with Charmaine. Back then, we only appeared on set together, without even a single line of dialogue. This time, I’m really enjoying it. Over the years, I’ve worked with almost every actor at TVB, except for Charmaine. I’m very happy. This is a very new experience,” he said.
Charmaine chimed in, saying that she was often teased by Bosco during filming.
To this, he explained, “I was just following orders and doing my job. The producer said that my biggest function in this drama is to provoke a few women. Who dares to provoke Charmaine? I didn’t expect to be so successful.”
Asked if he would like to collaborate with the actress again, Bosco responded, “Yes, it was really fun. If we could have more banter, it would be even more enjoyable. Let’s see if there’s a chance in ‘News Queen 3’.”
