After much planning and coordination, Jam Hsiao and wife Summer finally held their grand wedding at the Taipei Marriott Hotel.
The wedding banquet, which was held on 13 October, saw the attendance of many celebrities, including Shu Qi, Vivian Hsu, Alyssa Chia (whose kids also became the flower girls), Eric Chou and wife Dacie Chao, Xu Nailin, Jacky Wu, Joe Chen and husband Alan Chen, as well as Ming Dao, among others.
The couple also could not hide their excitement as they gave their wedding speech. Summer confessed, “Every time I open my eyes, I wonder what good things I did in my previous life to have such a happy life. I believe I must have been a really good person.”
Although she is older, said Summer, Jam has always been the more matured one.
“I have learned a lot of positive energy and self-discipline from you. You make my life better every day. When we are apart, we are two complete people, but together, we are extremely strong. The two of us cannot be separated, so I will definitely do more good things in this life, because I want to be with you in the next life,” she added.
Meanwhile, Jam in his speech expressed, “Dear Summer, I believe we must be destined to be together. Every time, my mission is to find you again from the vast sea of people. I still hadn’t found you when I was 19 years old, so I participated in CTS’s “Super Star Avenue” and appeared in the public’s field of vision as a big devil, just hoping that you can see me at a glance.”
“I was 19 years old that year. In a blink of an eye, next year will be the 19th year since we met. Wife, you have been with me for half of my life. Time flies, but every moment is so wonderful. Next, I will follow in your footsteps and keep working hard to love you for this life, the next life, and the next life after that. Our agreement is that in eight lifetimes, I will find you every time, no matter through what method or on what program I participate, I will find you,” he added.
