Fourteen years after they last performed in Malaysia, Indonesian band Cokelat is returning for a long awaited show in the country.

The alternative rock band, most known for songs like “Karma”, “Pergi” and “Ku Pilih Dia”, will be holding their “Kembali” concert in Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 7 September.

Speaking about the comeback, vocalist Kikan expressed, “As you all know, it’s been a long time since we performed in Malaysia. We hope that this show will make up for our loyal fans’ long wait. We miss Malaysia too, which we have considered our second home.”

It is noted that Cokelat had experienced several changes in band members since their debut in 1996. They also departed for more than a decade before finally reuniting in 2022 during Indonesia’s Independence Day performance.
