Jackson Wang’s camp has recently slammed reports about the singer’s alleged romance with (G)I-DLE member Yuqi.
As reported on Mingpao, the issue sparked on 23 February, when tabloids claimed to have spotted Yuqi leaving Jackson’s residence late at night, with a video being leaked on the internet.
It was also alleged that there were two other girls who were at his house, with the articles claiming that Jackson has a rich private life.
On the same day that the video went viral, the GOT7 member’s agency, RYCE Entertainment released a statement denouncing those who deliberately released the video, saying that they were distorting facts and maliciously misleading the public.
The agency, however, does admit that it is common for Jackson to meet friends at his house.
They then added that they have reported the matter to the police in order to protect Jackson’s rights and to take the necessary steps through legal means.
“We believe the law is serious and just, and will not allow criminals to think they can get away with violations,” it said.
