Jennylyn Mercado is bringing back her and Dennis Trillo’s donation drive, StarTRUCK, to help those affected by Typhoon Odette.
On 21 December, the actress posted the updated news on social media, writing, “StarTRUCK is back to serve as a bridge to your donations to our selected partner organisations. StarTRUCK is now accepting cash donations. We will announce within the day how we will accept in-kind donations from you.”
The proceeds will be donated to the victims in Cebu, Siargao, Bohol, Palawan and Negros.
“Thank you very much bessies! Let us include them in our prayer that the Lord will give them strength and courage,” she added.
The “Star Struck” star stated that their StarTRUCK will be going around in key areas in Metro Manila to collect donations, and will keep everybody posted on the date, time and locations soon.
Jennylyn and Dennis first launched StarTRUCK back in November 2020 to help survivors of Typhoon Ulysses.
The couple were just wedded in November after seven years of romance, and the actress is also currently pregnant with their first child together. Jennylyn and Dennis already have a son each from their respective past relationships.
