Fan Chengcheng’s camp recently announced that they are taking legal action against Internet celebrity Xi Xiaodi aka Roosie, following her latest headline-making shenanigans.
On 8 July, the singer-actor’s team posted their official statement on Weibo, directly naming the influencer, and wrote, “You have been defaming Fan Chengcheng for a long time, and we have already collected evidence of all the defamatory content you have posted.”
The team revealed that after issuing the last statement denying any affair between Fan and Roosie, they decided to let the issue go. However, Roosie kept trying to get involved, which made the team decide to no longer tolerate it.
Subsequently, the official Weibo account of the law firm representing Fan reposted the statement, saying that it had completed the preservation of evidence for the relevant alleged infringing content and would immediately file a lawsuit with the court.
Roosie, who back in January claimed to have slept with several male celebrities, decided to reappear earlier this week; releasing several private photos that are alleged to be Lu Han, Fan Chengcheng and Tan Jianci among others.
