Daesung’s camp has recently denied rumours that the BIG BANG member is currently dating Kara’s Hur Young-ji.
On 22 June, a rep from Daesung’s agency, R&D Company, dismissed the reports, stating that they are merely “close colleagues.”
“They became close after ‘ZIP DAESUNG’ and went to watch MAMAMOO concert together,” the rep added.
The rumour sparked on 21 June, after a video showing Daesung, Youngji, and Oh My Girl’s Hyojung watching the Mamamoo concert held at the Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park spread across online communities and social media.
The video shows Daesung and Youngji sitting side by side, examining a Mamamoo light stick. The two were also seen laughing and enjoying each other’s company at the concert.
Afterwards, dating rumours circulated among netizens regarding the relationship between the two.
