Rumours are rife that GEM has now tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Mark Ngai.
Sources recently claimed that the singer, real name Gloria Tang Sze-wing, flew to New York to secretly have a church wedding with her stylist boyfriend Mark after wrapping up her world tour, “I Am Gloria” following its three-year run.
However, when asked about the rumour, her agency responded, “We have no comment on the artiste’s private life.”
GEM was first reported to be dating Mark back in 2017, after they were photographed holding hands in Shibuya. They acknowledged the relationship in November the same year.
Following the marriage rumour, more information about Mark came to light. It was reported that the stylist comes from a very prominent family. It is understood that Mark’s maternal grandfather was a Hong Kong financial trader and the first husband of actress Rosamund Kwan.
His mother reportedly ran a high-end Italian restaurant in Hong Kong before, while his sister Joyce Ngai previously competed in the Miss Hong Kong pageant and has hosted several TVB programmes.
