GOT7’s Youngjae celebrated his birthday by donating to a dog shelter.
According to his agency AndBut Company on 17 September, Youngjae donated 10 million won to the Rainbow Shelter, an animal rescue organisation run by the nonprofit Korean Dogs, to celebrate his 30th birthday.
The donated funds will be used for the treatment and health recovery of abandoned dogs rescued from poor conditions, as well as for improving shelter facilities and creating a pleasant protective environment.
This isn’t the first time that Youngjae has donated to the Korean Dogs Rainbow Shelter. He did the same late last year in the name of his late pet dog, Coco.
Meanwhile, Youngjae is currently serving as a social service worker as part of his military service.
