Singer Fred Cheung recently announced that he has popped the question to Miss Hong Kong 2019 alumna, Wong Fei.
The singer shared the good news on social media with several photos of them together, including from the proposal, and wrote, “I once felt so lost and uncertain about life, but your arrival made me realise that life could actually be so happy and full of joy. Then, at one point, I knew that you were the person I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I feel that heaven must have sent an angel down to me.”
“Anyway, from now on, the two of us will face everything side by side. We’ll continue to improve and grow together; explore this world together, savour every minute and every second, and live the rest of our lives to the fullest, making every moment count,” he added.
Wong Fei also shared similar photos and expressed, “I think I will never meet someone I love and love me so much again in my life. When everyone around me tells me ‘This person is really good,’ I want to say “Yes, I know! So I chose the right one!’”
When asked about their wedding preparations, Fred said they are still in the planning stages.
“Actually, we’re quite relaxed. We’re slowly discussing where to set up the venue and what type of wedding to have. There’s no rush; we want to enjoy the process!” he added.
