It was revealed that Yoo Ah-in has left his agency, UAA, after more than 10 years.
As reported on 30 June, Yoo, who had been with UAA since 2014, actually had his contract expire a long time ago, but only announced the separation recently, taking his legal proceedings into account.
Aside from Yoo, Ryu Jun-yeol, who joined UAA last year, also ended his partnership after just over a year.
Sources previously reported that Galaxy Corporation, home to singer G-Dragon, will be the most likely destination for Yoo’s next move.. The agency has yet to address the rumour.
Yoo Ah-in previously made headlines after being accused of habitually using medical narcotics, including propofol and marijuana. In February 2025, an appellate court suspended the one-year prison sentence he’d received from the district court, leading to his release. He was released after serving five months.
