Kouhei Matsushita recently announced that he is now officially a father.
Sharing the good news on social media on 20 July, the 39-year-old actor wrote, “In this height of summer, I hope you are all in good health. I am pleased to announce the birth of our first child.”
“We will work together as a family to ensure our child has a life filled with kindness and smiles. We would appreciate your continued warm support,” he added.
Kouhei tied the knot with his non-showbiz wife in July 2025.
The actor, who made his debut in showbiz in 2008, is currently appearing as Tokugawa Ieyasu in the NHK Taiga drama “Brothers in Arms”.
