Karen Mok is set to perform on the Golden Melody Awards’ stage for the first time after a decade.
The Hong Kong singer is set to be joined by The Masters for a surprise performance, which she described as a reunion with “old friends she hasn’t seen in a long time.”
In addition to seeing familiar musical partners, she also looks forward to feeling the energy of the new generation in the music scene.
While performing classic works, Karen said that she also hopes to bring the audience a refreshing look, expressing, “This setlist is a very pleasant surprise, and I look forward to bringing it to the live audience.”
Other performers include Hebe Tien, who will be performing on the Golden Melody stage for the first time in six years, as well as May Sun, who will make her Golden Melody stage debut.
The upcoming Golden Melody Awards will be held on 27 June.
