Former Channel [V] personality and Daniel Wu’s wife Lisa S. has announced her comeback to the fashion world.
The model, real name Lisa Selesner, shared the news on the Chinese social media platform RedNote with a 40-second video where she reintroduced herself.
In the video, Lisa shared her thoughts on her comeback, stating that she had prioritised her family in the past, focusing on caring for her family, raising her daughter, and supporting her husband’s acting career.
After years of reflection, she felt the time was right to return to the fashion world and the public eye. She admitted that many things have changed since she was last active, but she still embraces this new journey with a relaxed and joyful attitude.
“I’m really excited for you to come along on this ride with me. It’s going to be fun and it’s going to be fashioning,” she said.
Daniel also took to the comments and wrote, “I still remember you.”
However, some netizens couldn’t help but be cynical about her comeback announcement. Some commented about her looks, to which Lisa responded, “It’s normal to have wrinkles when you’re almost 50.” Others speculated that Lisa is coming back due to some investment losses, to which she laughed and replied, “Nope.”
