Hyolyn has cancelled her participation at the upcoming Taipei Music Festival after being transported to the hospital due to an emergency situation.
On 27 May, her agency, ReH Entertainment, announced via official social media that “(Hyolyn) was transported to a hospital due to a sudden emergency, and based on the medical team’s opinion, inpatient treatment and rest must be the top priority.”
They further stated that after comprehensively considering the former SISTAR member’s health condition and safety, she will be unable to perform at the Fubon Guardians G! POP Music Festival to be held on 30 May.
“Above all, we sincerely apologise for causing concern to the Taiwanese fans who have waited so long for this performance, as well as to the Fubon Guardians team and staff who have put in so much effort to prepare for the event,” they added.
