Fan Chengcheng’s studio recently slammed the behaviour of some fans towards the singer, saying that he has been repeatedly harassed by underage fans.
In a recent statement, the studio revealed that “underage fans have repeatedly staked out the hotel parking lot of the film crew’s residence, sneaked into the artiste’s hotel to expose themselves, and lingered outside the artiste’s room,” and that “he was maliciously followed on his way home late at night, with his car being followed so closely by fans who then filmed his private moments through his window.”
The studio added, “At this point, we have submitted the complete timeline and evidence to the court through our lawyers, and will initiate legal proceedings as quickly as possible to pursue accountability and resolutely hold the perpetrators and related responsible parties accountable for all legal consequences.”
“The protection of minors by law is not an excuse for repeatedly testing the limits. If guardians are unable to discipline their children, we can entrust them to legal discipline and public scrutiny. Obtaining a judgment is not a matter of a day or two, but we will strive to hold them accountable to the end,” it added.
The studio also appealed to all fans and netizens to pursue celebrities rationally, resolutely resist stalker behaviour, and jointly maintain a healthy and clean online environment.
