Rumours continue to swirl that Sisley Choi has left TVB, after she is no longer listed in the TVB website’s Artiste section.
On 28 February, a search for her name yielded no result on the website, suggesting that her profile has now been deleted by TVB, further fueling reports that she has not renewed her contract with the broadcaster.
Rumours of her departure first sparked last month, when she changed her Instagram profile by deleting the contact number for her TVB manager. She also had spoken in a recent interview, saying that she has no new drama in hand.
“I can’t say how long my contract lasts. I think it’s all arranged in the dark. Actually, I’ve always had plans for my work,” she stated then.
Back on her birthday in early February, Sisley hinted on something new on her social media, writing in the caption, “Red for rebirth. Chrome for clarity. Black for the fire’s shadow. This year, the story begins again.”
The actress made her debut with TVB in 2013 after winning first runner-up at the Miss Hong Kong pageant. Her first drama was “Overachievers,” which aired in 2014.
