G-Dragon proves that he is the most stylish man in Asia for being the only celebrity from the region to make it to Complex’s “The 25 Best Dressed Celebrities of the 21st Century” list.
In the list that was released on 12 November, the BIG BANG leader and South Korean rapper made it to number 16, with the bi-monthly magazine writing, “These days, it feels like every major fashion house has a K-pop star as its global ambassador. But those who’ve been around since the early days know that G-Dragon set the standard.”
“Nearly two decades into his career, G-Dragon continues to redefine what style is in K-pop, push boundaries and inspire a whole genre to treat fashion as a form of self-expression,” it added.
It is noted that G-Dragon became the first Asian global ambassador for Chanel in 2016. He has also collaborated with brands like Nike and Jacob & Co.
G-Dragon, real name Kwon Ji-young, appeared in the list along with other fashion icons like Bella Hadid, Rihanna, Travis Scott, Pharrell and ASAP Rocky.
