Kunda Hsieh has recently assured that he will be returning home to Taiwan to be investigated for military evasion.
The Energy member, who was one of the celebrities named in the investigation, was not in Taiwan during the third round of searches made by the police which resulted in the arrest of actors Hsiu Chieh-kai, Chen Bo-Lin, singer LilJay and fellow Energy member Chang Shu-wei.
In a statement released through his agency, Kunda expressed, “I just arrived overseas for work at noon today, but I immediately cancelled my work upon receiving the news. I have contacted the police and will return to Taiwan early.”
“I will fully cooperate with the investigation and accept all legal responsibilities determined by the judicial authorities. I have no excuses.”

Kunda also stressed that he would reflect deeply, adding, “I only hope that after facing legal responsibilities, I can face every step in the future with caution and self-reflection. I hope that one day I can use practical actions to beg everyone to regain their trust in me.”
“I express my deepest apologies to all the concerned members of the public, fans, friends in the entertainment industry, and the families who were uninformed but affected. I’m sorry, sorry,” he added.
It was reported that Kunda was in Canada during the series of arrests.
