Indonesian singer Afgan is set to heat up the Malaysian music scene once again with a special performance titled “Afgan Retrospektif Showcase”, scheduled to take place on 5 December at Zepp Kuala Lumpur.
The showcase is not just an ordinary concert, as it will also celebrate the launch of his latest album, “Retrospektif”, a significant milestone in Afgan’s musical journey after more than a decade in the industry.
“The meaning of Retrospektif for me is a moment to look back on what has happened in the past and turn it into lessons to become a better person. This album was born out of a personal reflection during a period full of change,” he shared.
Afgan expressed that Malaysia has always held a special place in his heart, with Kuala Lumpur now feeling like his second home.
“The support from Malaysian fans has been incredible. I want them to be part of this new chapter in my journey, which is why I chose Kuala Lumpur as the place to launch the Retrospektif Showcase,” he said.
During the Retrospektif Showcase, Afgan will perform new songs from the album alongside a lineup of hits that have defined his career across Southeast Asia.
Tickets are priced between RM358 and RM1,398, covering various seating and standing categories including VIP Box, Premium Seat, Normal Seat, VIP Standing, and General Standing. Tickets have been on sale via the official GoLive Asia website since 1 October.
