Hype Live and Black Sky Enterprise proudly present POP UP MUZIK, a brand-new music initiative created to bring Asian artistes closer to their fans in Malaysia.
The debut edition will feature an exclusive performance by legendary Indonesian band Armada, whose timeless hits remain fan favourites, alongside the much-loved group Batas Senja, making waves in Malaysia with their heartfelt and poetic songs.
Taking place at Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 17 October, POP UP MUZIK is more than just a concert. True to Hype Live’s mission, the show is designed to bridge cultures and music across borders, giving fans an intimate, interactive, and unforgettable live experience.
“We know that fans in Malaysia have long been waiting for the chance to connect more closely with their favourite international artistes,” said Dipta, Chief Executive Officer of Hype Live. “POP UP MUZIK is the answer to that longing – a platform that brings personal and memorable experiences through Meet & Greet sessions and exclusive photo opportunities.”
As co-producer, Willy Dozan from Black Sky sees the collaboration as a bold move, bringing together two powerhouse Indonesian bands for the very first time on the POP UP MUZIK stage in Kuala Lumpur.
“We are grateful for the overwhelming support shown by fans of Armada and Batas Senja. We are confident that this double act will not only entertain but also create lasting memories for everyone at Zepp Kuala Lumpur,” said Willy.
Armada is set to electrify the stage with hits such as “Asal Kau Bahagia” and “Pergi Pagi Pulang Pagi”, guaranteed to have the crowd singing along. Meanwhile, Batas Senja will tug at the heartstrings with fan favourites including “Nanti Kita Seperti Ini”, “Kita Usahakan Lagi”, and “Menceritakanmu”.
