Joe Chen is elated to announce that she is now one step closer to achieving the weight that she had 10 years ago.
The actress, who has been facing the “problem” of having a “happy weight” since tying the knot with Malaysian husband Alan Chen, recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram Story showing her latest weight of 47.42kg.
She wrote, “I am now very used to controlling my diet and choosing whole foods first. Of course, I still get occasional sugar cravings, but I’ve gradually built up a habit of exercising.”
“Lately, my weight has been very stable. Just one more kilogram to go and I’ll be almost back to my weight from 10 years ago,” she added.
In another post, Joe shared a photo of her from the time she filmed “The Queen of SOP”, and wrote, “Xiao Jie’s outfit from 13 years ago still looks good even now!”
“Those days when I could eat and drink without ever worrying about my weight,” she added.
