It was revealed that Joyce Cheng is being managed by Florence Chan’s son, Chan Ka Ho for her showbiz comeback.
Sharing this piece of information on the show Celebuzz HK recently, Spencer Leung, who replaced Carlo Ng temporarily on the show, said that prior to Lydia Shum’s passing, she had entrusted Joyce to Florence’s care, which is why it was befitting that Florence’s son is managing Joyce’s career now.
Spencer also added that Chan and Joyce grew up together since childhood, and so he has great confidence that Chan can do the job well.
It is noted that Florence herself has managed some well-known celebrities. However, she is most known for being the late Leslie Cheung’s manager.
Regarding Joyce’s comeback, Spencer said, “You can see that Yan Yi has matured a lot now, and she knows how to do well, so I am very happy that she is doing “Singer 2025″ first, because she can really perform on the stage.”
“You can see she’s much slimmer now. She looks quite good, quite pretty and there’s this… glow about her. For a while, I thought it wasn’t there, but now she has that glow again,” he added.
