It’s been a while since Zhang Ziyi shared photos of her two kids, which made it a surprise to fans when she decided to post several images of her with her daughter and son on Weibo recently.
On 1 June, the actress took to Weibo to commemorate the International Children’s Day by sharing nine never-before-seen photos of her and her 9-year-old daughter Xingxing, and her 5-year-old son, whose name she never shared.
She posted, “Every day spent with children is a gift from God… companionship is the best gift for children. Happy holidays my children, may your childhood be as colourful as a rainbow. Grow up healthy and happy.”
While Zhang happily shared photos of Xingxing with her face exposed, she seemed more protective of her son, whose photos she picked only revealed his back or the side of his face.
Zhang tied the knot with rock singer Wang Feng back in 2015. The couple welcomed their first daughter together soon after, followed by their son in 2020. The couple ended their marriage in 2023.
