The first teaser poster for ‘Cold War 1994’ has been released

The two prequels, “Cold War 1994” and “Cold War 1995” will take place in the years leading up to Hong Kong’s handover to China, according to Longman Leung, who helmed the previous two films from the franchise.

The films mark Daniel’s first Hong Kong projects since the COVID-19 pandemic. The actor had been busy focusing on his Hollywood career for the past few years, starring in films and TV series including “Into the Badlands” and “American Born Chinese”.
