Veteran Taiwanese singer Chao Chuan will be coming to Malaysia in May for a concert.
Sharing the good news on social media, the singer posted, “To Everyone Who Knows My Name Tour. Returning to the Arena of Stars in Genting World, Malaysia. A song, a story, a memory. Which song moved you the most? Leave me a message and I will sing it for you live.”
The concert is set to be held on 31 May at the Arena of Stars.
Chao Chuan, or Chief Chao as his fans know him, has released over 14 albums and performed hundreds of classic songs since his debut in 1987. Known for his husky voice and outstanding singing skills, he has a high level of recognition in the music industry.

His songs include “I’m Not Good Looking, But I’m Very Gentle”, “At Last I Have Lost You”, “I Am a Little Bird”, and “How Could I Tell You That I Love You”.
In 1991, Zhao Chuan won the “Best Male Mandarin Singer” award at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards for his album “I Am a Little Bird”, and “Powder Debut” also received the “Best Single Music Video” award. In 2018, he was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to Chinese Music at the Chinese Golden Melody Awards.
Tickets will go on sale at 12 PM on 2 April 2025. Ticket prices are RM 798 (VIP), RM 598 (PS1), RM 398 (PS2), and RM 298 (PS3), with an additional RM 4 processing fee.
