Although it has been a while since she is seen in a TVB drama, Rebecca Zhu stressed that she is still very much a part of the company.
The actress, who appeared at the premiere of the Nick Cheung film, “Peg O’ My Heart”, said that her contract with the TV station is not ending anytime soon, and that she has been participating in various web movies on different platforms in mainland China during this period.
“I also went to Malaysia to perform in front of thousands of audiences for the first time. If I have the opportunity in the future, I would like to be a singer. I hope I can diversify my career,” she said.
Rebecca also said that she has been preparing herself and will participate in a new drama soon.
As for her role in “Peg O’ My Heart”, the actress said that she is happy to be able to work with her idol, Nick Cheung in the movie.
“Hopefully, I will get the chance to make more movies and be a part of both the TV and film industry,” she added.
