Rainie Yang recently decided to share the first photo from her wedding with Li Ronghao, which turned out to have been held in February last year.
On 18 February, the Taiwanese singer, who married the mainland singer-songwriter in 2019, posted a photo of her and Li in their wedding attire, though with their backs to the camera.
“1st wedding anniversary,” she captioned the photo.
It is noted that Rainie has always been low-key about her relationship with Li, and only occasionally shares things they do for each other on social media.
The couple surprised many by registering their marriage in 2019 and only shared the proposal video a year later.
Fans were surprised over the fact that the wedding had been held without their knowledge, and speculated that the reception was held in Thailand, after a netizen spotted Li, Jing Boran and Liu Wen in Bangkok last year.
Others said that the spiral staircase in the photo looks similar to the ones they have at a wedding venue called AUBE in Bangkok.
