Luhan has recently addressed multiple rumours circulating about his relationship with Guan Xiaotong.
On 25 February, the singer issued a statement through his studio condemning what he described as fabricated and false information intended to “discredit and mislead the public.”
The statement responds to numerous allegations against Luhan, including claims of a secret marriage, having children, neglecting fans, and impregnating Guan Xiaotong outside of marriage.
According to the statement, Luhan’s team has filed lawsuits against nine netizens across major social media platforms including Douban, Weibo, and TikTok, with some cases already in litigation.
“We will continue to use legal procedures to resolutely safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our artists,” the statement read. “Mr. Lu Han has assumed the responsibilities that he should bear as a public figure… We believe that the law will also make rumor makers, rumor spreaders and malicious slanderers bear the responsibilities they should bear.”
Meanwhile, amid speculation that Luhan and Guan have ended their eight-year relationship, Guan has declined to discuss her personal life in recent media interactions, simply stating, “I have been filming on set and I may continue to film nonstop in the future.”
